Begin with the outside of your home, or your curb appeal. Examine the exterior of your house from the view of a passerby. What do you notice first? What wonderful features seem hidden? Understanding this assists us in determining what measures we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your home. If your home isn't pretty on the outside with retouched paint and bright greenery we'll need to address those as well. Can buyers picture themselves watching a movie in your living space, relaxing in your master bedroom or getting work done in your home office? I want your house to pleasantly accept buyers and give them a sense of contentment. I'll help you achieve this by suggesting small improvements that enhance the features of your property. I'll tell you put out of sight anything that gives the look of clutter. Counter tops should be neatly arranged. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and play time drawings should get stored away too. I can help you simplify the decor of house. Less than inviting or cluttered places make your home feel less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time imagining themselves living there.

Every area gets a once-over. Changes that directly affect your dollars include easy-to-fix items like furniture pieces that should be removed, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs to be replaced, fixtures that need replacing, and windows that need washing

I'll make sure that your home is neutral and that it's inviting, steering clear of "loud" or "too-bright" hues on the walls and furniture. And if none of your belongings are there, you can consider borrowing furnishings. The goal is for your house to look homey as opposed to barren.

I'll tell you when to show your home, because all of the improvements mesh together to paint a picture of what buyers can envision when they consider buying your house. Dark living areas can be a real mood killer, so we'll do things like open curtains and create light where needed to show off your property. Together we'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests look at your home and make sure a pleasing fragrance circulates room-to-room. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and place pillows on your love seat and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current home has the potential to be.
